At AnalyticsMerch.com, every item is made with care and attention — whether it’s a Print on Demand (POD) product or a digital download. Because of the custom and instant nature of these products, please review our refund policy below before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Print on Demand (POD) Products
All POD items are created specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer error.
Refunds or exchanges are only available in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear proof of the defect (e.g., photos of the item and packaging). Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange either an exchange or a refund.
Digital Products
All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds can be issued once the file has been delivered.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@analyticsmerch.com and we will guide you through the next steps.
