Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At AnalyticsMerch.com, every item is made with care and attention — whether it’s a Print on Demand (POD) product or a digital download. Because of the custom and instant nature of these products, please review our refund policy below before placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Print on Demand (POD) Products

    All POD items are created specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer error.

    Refunds or exchanges are only available in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged items.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear proof of the defect (e.g., photos of the item and packaging).

    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange either an exchange or a refund.

    Digital Products

    All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

    Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds can be issued once the file has been delivered.

    Shipping Costs for Returns

    For approved POD returns/exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and original packaging.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@analyticsmerch.com

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
